Ride for Izzy

Mindy Bickal, Jr. Vice Commander - 5/3/2026

On May 2, VFW Post 4190 proudly hosted the Family Motorcycle Club during their charity ride fundraiser in support of a brave little girl named Izzy, who recently won her courageous battle against leukemia. The ride was organized to help Izzy’s family with expenses as they continue moving forward after a long and difficult journey.

It was a beautiful day for the ride, with riders coming together in support of an incredible cause and showing the true spirit of community and compassion. During the stop at VFW Post 4190, more than $500 was raised to support Izzy and her family.

To show appreciation for the riders and their efforts throughout the day, members of VFW Post 4190 provided a meal to all participants at no cost as they closed out their ride. The event was filled with fellowship, generosity, and support for a family that has endured so much.

VFW Post 4190 is honored to have been a part of this meaningful event and thanks the Family Motorcycle Club, the riders, volunteers, and everyone who donated to help support Izzy and her family.
