Register early to ensure hotel accommodations are available. Hotel reservations will close on December 10th, 2025. Rooms are only available for Thursday through Sunday at the conference rate. The hotel reservation link will be sent automatically to the registrant upon payment.

Districts and Posts are encouraged to donate Silent Auction baskets to help support Southern Conference 2026! The Banquet theme is Red, White, and Blue (Patriotic).
